READY TO CREATE YOUR ADVENTURE?
Our team has carefully curated a weekend full of activities to choose from all designed to empower you on your outdoor journey. This is a great opportunity to try new activities, enjoy ones you already love, and create a weekend you will remember forever. Leave inspired to go on more adventures! We are thrilled that you are interested in joining us at our Signature Adventure Retreat. Please keep in mind that we have created this schedule a year in advance of the event and some changes may be necessary prior the Retreat.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR SCHEDULE

  1. We recommend choosing one more active class per day (rock climbing, mountain biking, paddling, long hike) and one of the less active classes / workshops per day to pace your self for the weekend.
  2. Please do not sign up for the same class/workshop more than once to ensure all participants have the chance to try different activities. 
  3. If you are interested in a class that is full please sign up for the waitlist. We do have the ability to increase capacity in some classes if there is enough interest.
  4. Please do not double book time slots.
Following these guidelines will help ensure that you don’t overdo it and that everyone will get to have a weekend full of different experiences.

Rest, Restore and Rise

You are a woman on the move - you give, nurture, please, strive, and achieve to name just a few.  And yet you also may find yourself exhausted, frustrated, anxious, depleted and/or physically ailing. But what if there were a different way?  A way to move through your world with intention, vitality, ease, confidence and pure joy?  Rest, Restore & Rise is a workshop designed to show you how to do just that.  Using the RRR curriculum as a framework, we’ll pull from tools such as journaling, sharing, breathwork, movement and more to better understand how you can let go of your old and depleting patterns and embrace a life full of energy, clarity, confidence and fun, a life you were meant to live.
