Maybe you are new to mountain biking and want to learn the proper technique to make your riding safer and more enjoyable. Or maybe you just want to brush up on your skills. We will go over the foundational skills and cover things like body positioning, braking, shifting, pedaling techniques, cornering, climbing, and descending. Great for beginner/intermediate riders or anyone who hasn't taken a skills clinic before.
PREREQUISITE - You must be comfortable riding a bike. This is
not a learn how to bike class.
PROVIDED: Bike and bike helmet.
REQUIRED: Closed toe shoes. Sandals are not allowed. Water bottle and small pack to carry water and snacks in. Gloves are recommended if you have them.
