READY TO CREATE YOUR ADVENTURE?
Our team has carefully curated a weekend full of activities to choose from all designed to empower you on your outdoor journey. This is a great opportunity to try new activities, enjoy ones you already love, and create a weekend you will remember forever. Leave inspired to go on more adventures! We are thrilled that you are interested in joining us at our Signature Adventure Retreat. Please keep in mind that we have created this schedule a year in advance of the event and some changes may be necessary prior the Retreat.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR SCHEDULE

  1. We recommend choosing one more active class per day (rock climbing, mountain biking, paddling, long hike) and one of the less active classes / workshops per day to pace your self for the weekend.
  2. Please do not sign up for the same class/workshop more than once to ensure all participants have the chance to try different activities.
  3. If you are interested in a class that is full please sign up for the waitlist. We do have the ability to increase capacity in some classes if there is enough interest.
  4. Please do not double book time slots.
Following these guidelines will help ensure that you don’t overdo it and that everyone will get to have a weekend full of different experiences.

PLEASE NOTE: You need to be registered to sign up for classes and create your schedule. Click here to register!

Backcountry Essential Skills
Saturday May 10, 2025 8:30am - 12:30pm PDT
The secret to really enjoying yourself in the backcountry can’t be found in any single piece of gear, trail snack, or hiking buddy - it’s in letting go of fear (yours or the kind projected by someone else) and instead carrying the confidence and know-how that you can handle any situation that comes up. Worried about getting injured? Not sure you have the right equipment for a backpacking trip? Curious about proper hygiene protocols? Wonder how to handle rough weather or animal encounters? Not sure if you feel safe rolling solo? Freaked out about potential gear failures? Your instructor has seen it all, from hailstorms on the Colorado Trail to bear encounters on the Pacific Crest Trail to digestive distress in Tanzania—and she survived it all in order to share her tips and tricks. This hands-on workshop will be loads of fun and highly interactive - come ready to live, laugh, and learn!

Rest, Restore and Rise
Saturday May 10, 2025 1:30pm - 4:30pm PDT
You are a woman on the move - you give, nurture, please, strive, and achieve to name just a few.  And yet you also may find yourself exhausted, frustrated, anxious, depleted and/or physically ailing. But what if there were a different way?  A way to move through your world with intention, vitality, ease, confidence and pure joy?  Rest, Restore & Rise is a workshop designed to show you how to do just that.  Using the RRR curriculum as a framework, we’ll pull from tools such as journaling, sharing, breathwork, movement and more to better understand how you can let go of your old and depleting patterns and embrace a life full of energy, clarity, confidence and fun, a life you were meant to live.

Social Hour hosted by Stoller Wines
Saturday May 10, 2025 5:30pm - 6:30pm PDT
Congrats on a day well done! Once you are done with your relaxing Sauna, join us at Hood Lawn for some wine tasting and dinner pairings.

Stoller Wine is family owned and Oregon based. The Stoller Wine Group has earned a reputation as one of Oregon's most dynamic wineries by thinking and acting differently than their peers.

Founded in 1993, their collection of family-owned brands includes Stoller Family Estate, Chehalem Winery, Chemistry, Stoller Swing, History, and Canned Oregon. They take pride in their B Corp, LIVE, and Salmon-Safe certifications, knowing that they back their values with actions when it comes to our commitment to their land, wines, and community. With every step forward, they are building a lasting impact on the wine industry and the world. Their dedication has led them to be perennially honored as one of Oregon's most admired companies by the Portland Business Journal and 10 Best Tasting Rooms by the USA Today Reader’s Choice.

Be sure to bring your sweet GCI Outdoor Chair and your Visit Central Oregon Hydro Flask Wine Tumbler that you received. Wines will be available for purchase if you fall in love with one that you can't live without.
